About Chad

After spending over 10 years working in technology and start-ups, Chad founded CultureFoundry Studios in 2019, a remote-first, Canadian, social purpose ed-tech company that offers creative solutions to support language revitalization efforts in partnership with community. Almost 10,000 learners currently use CultureFoundry’s products to deepen their Indigenous language skills.

As CTO/Advisor for CanBraid, Chad’s focus is to bring his experience leading CultureFoundry to help ensure CanBraid’s products are the best in the industry. He distributes his energy equally between product and people development so that CanBraid not only has great products but also a great team to drive them into the future.
